"Touching the Untouchable"

 

When the leper came to Jesus for help, he came with humility. He believed in Jesus’ power and the need to submit to His will. With compassion, Jesus put forth His hand and touched the leper. It is with this same humility that we must come with the firm belief that Christ has the power to meet our every need.

 

Just as the leper, when we submit to God's will, we are healed. It is through His spiritual presence that we are touched. It is through His spiritual power that He fulfills our needs. When He holds our tarnished hands, His grasp makes us pure. Just as the leper, we are eyewitnesses to Christ touching the untouchable.
