There is something special about being gentle in a harsh world. As people of faith, we should never be ashamed or embarrassed about being gentle in a harsh world. We are to be an example to others, showing them that they don’t have to respond to ugliness with more ugliness, to harshness with more harshness; or to persecution with retaliation.
