This session is about breaking the stigma around mental health and reminding young adults that protecting your peace and caring for your mind is a part of living well. In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, we are prioritizing mental wellness and having honest dialogue with speakers and mental health professionals. Together, we’ll explore practical ways to find balance, strengthen emotional well-being, and remind one another that taking care of your mind truly matters.
