Job Title: Full-Time Maintenance Worker
Company: Bible Way Church of Atlas Road

Job Function: The Maintenance Worker will providing cleaning and maintenance services to for all buildings on church campus. The position of Maintenance Worker is a full-time position with appropriate salary and benefits, reports to the Director of Facilities as direct supervisor.

Skills and Attributes Required: Excellent communication skills, high ethical standards and integrity, motivated self-starter with the ability to follow instructions and the ability to work efficiently with others. The knowledge of relative machines is required, i.e. vacuum, floor cleaning and maintenance machines, etc. Must have a minimum of one year related experience.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in maintenance or building cleaning.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs.
